Updated FAQ page for policies, payment and shipping

Please see my updated website regarding payments and shipments (go to the About section on the Home page and look under FAQ).  Here is some of the new information.


I accept most credit cards though my etsy shop.  I also accept PayPal.


I ship packages through the United States Postal Service using 2-3 day priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. Shipment will take place 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. 

Packages shipped outside the United States are now being shipped USPS Priority International. In order to lower the cost, you may request USPS First Class International shipping.


Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final. 

If the doll arrives damaged please contact me immediately. A claim with the post office will need to be filed. You will be reimbursed after I receive the item. 


I am not responsible for lost packages.


Additional Policies and FAQs:
The dolls are for viewing and not meant to be played with by children. Keep out of direct sunlight or a heat source and please do not comb or pull the hair.
