Q: How do I go about placing an order?

A: The best way to place an order for an existing creation is to look in my online shop to see what is available or go to my Etsy shop.   If you are interested in having a custom creation made just for you, please contact me and we'll begin the  process.

Q: How long does it take to create a custom piece?
​
A: Every piece is different, depending on your needs, but I strive to fulfill orders within 2-3 weeks depending on the level of complexity. 

Q: What if I don't have an Etsy account?
​
A: Etsy is free to sign up.  All you need is an email account and to create a password to sign up.  If you do not want to do this, contact me via email and we can discuss other arrangements.

Q: What are your Shipping Policies and Payment Options?

Payment:
I accept most credit cards though my etsy shop.  I accept credit card payments.  I will take personal checks but will only mail artwork after your check has cleared.  I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL.

 

Shipping:
I ship packages through the United States Postal Service using 2-3 day priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance. Shipment will take place 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. 

Packages shipped outside the United States are now being shipped USPS Priority International. In order to lower the cost, you may request USPS First Class International shipping.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:
All sales are final. 

If the doll arrives damaged please contact me immediately. A claim with the post office will need to be filed. You will be reimbursed after I receive the item. 

I am not responsible for lost packages.

 

Additional Policies and FAQs:
The dolls are for viewing and not meant to be played with by children. Keep out of direct sunlight or a heat source and please do not comb or pull the hair.
